Christmas fun with family...

We've had a busy and fun past couple weeks full of Christmas celebrations with both sides of our family! First, we had an early 'Christmas Brunch' with Shannon's mom and brothers (Grammie, Uncle David, and Uncle Daniel). We ate yummy breakfast food, played the Wii, hung out, and opened presents!

Happy little family!

It's starting to look a lot like Christmas!

The Christmas Tree
We went in search of the perfect, budget-friendly Christmas tree at our neighborhood OSH store...

Chloe sniffed this one out... ("Hmmm... this one smells good!)

And decided we should get it! ( "Let's take it home Daddy!")

Fa La La La La...

Shannon has been having a lot of fun, busily singing in our church choir.

And then for six performances of ' The Gosple According to Scrooge'!

Snow!
Chloe saw snow for the first time... at home! We never thought that the first snow she saw would be on our patio in the Bay Area, but it was! We got a good dusting during the night and although it melted by mid-morning, it was a beautiful and fun surprise!

"Cooooold!"

Holiday tea...

Chloe had her first holiday tea today with her Godmother Francine, Grammie, Nana, Mommy, Aunt Ida, and Cousin Brianna! She did so well. She ate 2 smoked salmon sandwiches, 2 ham and cheese, and a cucomber cream cheese sandwich, a whole scone with jam, and a cookie! She walked around looking at the Christmas trees and decorations, and didn't touch them, and sat nicely in her chair during the musical part of the tea! I was a proud mommy!

Chloe and her Godmother, Francine. She insisted on wearing her sunglasses inside for the first half of the tea and got a lot of looks for her fashion statement! :)
