Pumpkin Patch Adventures!

One of our favorite things about living in Brentwood is how close we are to the farms even though we are also close to any type of shopping you could want! If you go out of our neighborhood one way, you're less than 10 minutes from a big, new, awesome outdoor mall. If you go the other way, you're 5 minutes from a country road lined with farms!
This year, we went right around the corner to Smith Family Farms to pick our pumpkins and had a great time! We got to pet farm animals, explore our way through a corn maze, learn about and see bees inside a hive, check out a replica of a Native American village, and take a hay ride. After we found the perfect family of pumpkins, we went to Jamba Juice and got our traditional pumpkin smoothies to cool off from the heat!
